Return to Case Studies

In June last year (2019) my lovely lottie 21yrs hurt her leg whilst competing in a ode, last year the ground was so hard early on in the season (unlike now a total mud bath!) eventually after being lame for a few weeks and getting nowhere lottie was scanned and diagnosed with acute tenosynovitis plus a whacking great windgall to boot! So turn her away for the winter and 6 months off any work she was turned out in a small turn out area and once she’d got used to the idea of not running around after a few weeks we gradually extended it. So Burghley horse trials came along and I was yearning to buy a new dressage jacket , the latest version with all the bling 😂 but knew in my heart dressage wasn’t on the cards any time soon for Lottie and I , speaking to a friend she offered to lend me an arc equine I Had been doing a lot of research into what they did and how great they were but hearing it first hand from my friend confirmed it for me that it was definitely worth a shot to help lottie!! To cut a long story short(believe me I could go on and on) my vet came this morning for lotties vaccinations 21/1/2020 and as I fetched her out the field she was feeling very frisky on this frosty morning and the vet said mmm she looks full of the joys this morning let’s have a look at her! Whilst I held my breath as I trotted her up for the vet I heard him shout the best words I’ve heard this year! “She’s sound” !! A whole 3 months ahead of what was expected and I KNOW it’s all down to arc equine!! Thankyou soo much , it will always travel with us and always be part of lotties care I wouldn’t be without it ,
