Refunds
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return the Goods within 28 days of delivery for a full refund excluding delivery charges, to the original payment method used.
Once we have received the Goods within the permitted time period, a refund will be credited to the payment account within 2 weeks. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for your bank to credit the funds into your account, of which we have no control over.
Please note: In accordance with UK consumer protection laws, as the Arc4Health devices are sealed for compliance purposes, these may only be returned if they are unwanted if they are unused and are still sealed. If the product has been used or the seal is broken then no refund is payable.

Unwanted Goods
If you make a purchase online but change your mind once you’ve received your Goods, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding delivery charges, (via the original payment method) provided you notify us within 14 days of receiving your Goods.
You will then have a further 14 days to return the Goods to us within that time frame. You can return your Goods either by post or directly to the ARC Microtech office. Please ensure the return is well packaged to avoid damage in transit and that it includes your original invoice with the reason for the return stated. Please contact us prior to posting any goods back to us.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you unpack your Goods and find them damaged or faulty, you have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to return your Goods to receive a full refund or exchange. This may be done either by post or directly to the ARC Microtech office (contact details below). Please ensure the Goods are well packaged to avoid any damage in transit and please include your original invoice indicating the reason for return.
If you suspect the Goods have developed a fault, please contact us first as it may be something we can rectify or provide advice to correct.
Please be aware that the delivery unit and the ancillary items are not waterproof, nor are they designed to stand up to physical stress/impact. While the Goods remain in your possession, you are responsible for keeping them safe, secure and in good working condition and they remain your responsibility until they are returned to us.
We do not cover any faults or damage that have clearly been caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
Your Responsibility and Our Liability
We aim to accept all returns, as far as is reasonably possible. In the unlikely event that the Goods are returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send them back to you.
While the Goods remain in your possession you are responsible for keeping them safe, secure and in good working condition and they remain your responsibility until they are returned to us. All Goods will be inspected by us on return, this includes any original packaging and labels, particularly if the packaging forms part of the Goods.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return; therefore, we recommend you use an insured and trackable postage service and retain the proof of postage.
Where Goods are returned damaged e.g. during transit, or not in their original packaging, we reserve the right to refund you in full, less any deductions due for any damage that may have been caused. In the event that substantial damage has been caused, we reserve the right to refuse a refund for or to exchange the Goods.
Once we have received the Goods, if appropriate, a refund will be credited via the original payment method within 14 days. Please note, this usually takes between 3 – 5 working days but no more than 14 days.
Returns Outside the Returns Period
If you return the Goods by post or courier after the return periods outlined above (with the exception of faulty or damaged goods), we reserve the right to refuse a refund for or exchange the Goods.
If you choose to have the Goods returned back to you, you will be responsible for the cost of return postage.
Refunding Delivery Charges
When you make a purchase online you have up to 28 days to cancel and return your unwanted Goods to us. You will be entitled to a full refund, excluding delivery charges, provided you meet the terms of our Conditions in relation to returns and refunds (our “Returns & Refunds Policy”). However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning your Goods to us.
If you are returning faulty Goods, then we will reimburse you for the standard delivery cost of returning the Goods to us.
