What happens if I can’t afford my repayments

We understand that from time to time, people experience a change in circumstances, and this could mean they are unable to manage their agreed instalment amount. We will be happy to work with you and discuss a reduced payment amount for an agreed period of time.

It is important that you contact PayItMonthly to discuss the problem so that they are able to come to a suitable agreement with you. They have a friendly and approachable team, so please don’t worry about calling them to come to an arrangement.

Please note that this is not a variation of your Agreement and we still report to credit reference agencies as per the original terms of your Agreement.

You can call PayItMonthly on 0333 212 3914 or request a call-back via email – support@payitmonthly.uk

Do you only take payments monthly?

When you sign the Agreement and set up your payments, you will only be able to set them on a monthly basis. However, if you find that you are not happy with the monthly payments later down the line, you can call and discuss setting them at a different rate to suit your circumstances.

Please note that this is not a variation of your Agreement and we still report to credit reference agencies as per the original terms of your Agreement.

You can contact us to discuss amending your payment dates on 0333 212 3914 or request a call-back via email – support@payitmonthly.uk

BPS re:PAYITMONTHLY, PAYITMONTHLY FLEXP, PAYITMONTHLYFLEXP or Flexplans Ltd will appear on your bank statement. The name used will depend on the payment method (Direct Debit, Credit or Debit Card) that you are using. FlexPlans is a trading style of PayItMonthly Ltd.

I haven’t received the agreed goods

If there is a problem with the goods or service received, please contact one of our Customer Service team here at ARC Microtech.

It is important that you do let us know if there is a problem and don’t just stop payments. The contract you have signed is non-cancellable and we have the right to rectify any problems that you raise.

We will do our utmost to ensure that any dispute you may have is resolved in a timely manner.

Can I cancel/get a refund?

You can only cancel the contract if you are able to cancel the good/services under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (previously Distance Selling Regulations).

If you have not received the goods, please contact one of our Customer Service team here at ARC Microtech.

We have the right to rectify an issue and therefore it is important that you make us aware if there are any. It will make no difference to the contract if you return the goods that you have agreed to purchase and you don’t have the right to cancel, the contract remains in place and the balance will be due.

Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14 day period runs from when you receive the last part of your order.
This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back.

If you cancel the contract with us under the Consumer Contracts Regulations then we will notify the finance company to cancel the finance agreement.

Should you wish to return part of your order then please let us know. Once we have received your return we will then notify PayItMonthly who will reduce the amount owed on the agreement by the value of the return.

Please note that it is important that you do not just stop payments as due to the legally binding contract, payments are reported to Credit Reference Agencies and legal action may be taken to recover the balance, which may result in a CCJ (County Court Judgment) being obtained against you.

I have accidentally cancelled my direct debit, how can I set it back up?

If you have cancelled your direct debit payments in error, please contact PayItMonthly and they will be able to reinstate payments by simply setting the direct debit back up. You will need to give them new authorisation and once received, the payment will be reset.

If you want to amend the payment date when you set the new direct debit up, again just inform PayItMonthly and they will be happy to help.

If you need to arrange a new direct debit, please call PIM on 0333 212 2141 or email – support@payitmonthly.uk

What ID/Proof of address do I need to supply?

Types of ID you would need to supply would be something that proves your identity, this would usually be photo ID, for example; a driver’s licence. We would also accept a bank card or birth certificate on occasion if necessary.

Proof of Address you will need to supply would be something like a headed letter you have received with your address on, such as a bank statement or a utility bill.
