Initially used the Arc on a racehorse that had over reached 2 days before due to run. First reaction was to pull the horse out of the race due to the position of the wound on the bulb of heel and also being very sore. The horse was very responsive to the first treatment and lay down for most of the 3 hour period and being of a highly nervous temperament this was quite a surprise. The horse was sound the next day so took his chance in the race and went and won easily! I realised that there must be something in this technology so decided to try it on a few more horses with good results and now use it widely around the yard for varying conditions including: fillies that ‘tie up’, undiagnosed lameness, wounds and injuries, older horses with ‘wear and tear’ type conditions etc. We also use arc on my daughters showjumpers pre and post competition and it certainly seems to help them settle and travel better and recover well after a big show. I use the Arc myself for a chronic hip problem and am amazed at how much less pain I am in after wearing it. I now rely a great deal on the Arc and wouldn’t ever travel away without one.
