Since purchasing the Arc I have used it regularly, especially after hard work or a lay off. I used to suffer from colds regularly and have not had one since using the Arc. This is fairly unusual by most people’s standards, not to have a cold in a whole year. My nose was always running and I even had sniffles in the summer, and was given a nasal inhaler by my doctor to try and stop it.

In the winter I used to get blocked sinuses so I couldn’t taste my food and often couldn’t smell it either. It made eating difficult when I could only breath through my mouth. So it is like a breath of fresh air to me. The Arc has also reduced the pain in my back, as I have degenerative discs and 3 old compression fractures.
