I started using the Arc in September 2016 but was not using it for anything in particular, just wellbeing. What I found really interesting though was that a few months after I started using it I had a wedding to go to. Having not been able to wear high heels for over 15 years due to ankle injuries, I discovered I was able to wear some incredibly high heels to the wedding and my ankles did not give way or hurt once during the evening (my feet did, but not my ankles!).

I am convinced that the Arc helped to breakdown the old scar tissue and repair the original injuries in both ankles. I also use the Arc from time to time for mild sciatic pain and usually within 2 or 3 days it sorts it out. I am a homeopath and love alternative/natural therapies – I would not want to be without my Arc now that I know how much good it can do.
