“It has given me my life back”
I had a motorbike accident in 2004, lots of injuries, lost the use of one leg and suffer from nerve pain and chronic back pain, fractured shoulder and ligament damage. Years of taking medication which has side effects, not sleeping more than a couple hours throughout the night. My mobility went, it was difficult to get out of bed most days.
I saw the Arc4Health and decided to try it. The first thing I noticed is I was sleeping and actually waking up on a morning not knowing what time it was. Wasn’t long before I noticed I was able to do more through the day, the back pain improved I was able to get myself back to the gym and strengthen my body. The nerve pain had been eased to the point that last year I started to reduce the medication I took. Strong medication ketamine which I took often due to nerve pain I was able to go a couple of weeks without needing it, now I haven’t used it for a month. Nearly 20 years of seeing specialists and trying everything I came across, all failed.
I now use the Arc4Health everyday! Being able to get back to using a gym and doing simple things like going to see family and walk round a supermarket, lifting my arm up without shocking pain in my shoulder. Arc4Health changed my life completely!
