Do I need to programme it?
The Arc4Health delivery unit has four optimised programmes designed for targeted support:
Programme (P) 1: Focused entirely on inflammation and pain management
Programme (P)2: Primarily inflammation and pain management, gradually introducing tissue repair
Programme (P)3: Balanced support for both inflammation/pain management and tissue repair, ideal for general wellbeing.
Programme (P)4: Primarily tissue repair.
Each programme has the option to run a 3-hour or a 7-hour cycle. The extended 7-hour option is perfect for overnight use – providing uninterrupted therapy while you sleep – or for those who benefit from longer sessions. We recommend daily use for the initial 6-8 weeks where possible, following this you can reduce use to a frequency that suits you and what you are using the Arc4Health for.
