Diagnosed with spinal degeneration and later found to have a hairline fracture of the sacrum, Hilda struggled with severe pain that significantly affected her mobility and quality of life. Despite trying painkillers, heated pads, a TENS machine, physiotherapy exercises and other treatments, she experienced little relief.
