I purchased my Arc4health device on the advice of my menopause consultant. I was having joint pain and stiffness. I also have had a mastectomy which had impacted on my shoulder and ribs. I found the unit very easy to use and very effective. I regularly use it in small doses after the initial 6 week introduction. i find it very effective for my pain relief. i would recommend it for the relief of a variety of pain and conditions
