Since using the arc machine my left knee is especially more mobile now and my frozen left shoulder is less painful. My knee gets stiff and less mobile if I forget to use the ARC machine for a few days . Also, I am now able to lie down on my left side which I haven’t been able to do for years ! refused to have surgery for my shoulder due to possible further complications and tye ARC machine has saved me!
