I bought the ARC originally for my son to help with his back pain but like most men he didn’t give it a try for long enough to notice the benefits On the 20/4/24 I took a nasty fall show jumping resulting in a broken collarbone 4 broken ribs and multiple fractures in my scapula resulting in me being heavily medicated with morphine after two weeks I had my collarbone plated and pinned and I know then I need to come off the morphine. Being a very active 59 year old I need to help myself repair quicker and fully to be able to be 100%. I dusted off the ARC and started using it daily going thought the program week by week and I absolutely swear by using the ARC – not only has it helped me repair quicker it was help me cope with the pain I’m now 3 months down the line from my accident and I’m back doing my daily duties at home and the yard.
