I purchased ARC to help get over fatigue suffered after a serious bout of shingles. This was over one and a half years ago. I have used it virtually every day bar one month when I was abroad last year.
It is very difficult to quantify exactly how much it has helped because fatigue can clear up by itself. But it has improved for sure. Less brain fog and more energy.
I have had other treatments which have aided my recovery. No medical interventions were used.
My disappointment lies in that it has been very slow I have read of others with long Covid who recovered in two months. So whilst it has obviously helped, in many ways the jury is still out on its total effectiveness. Also the price appears to have lept alarmingly in recent months which has stopped me recommending it to others as I cannot be completely sure of its efficacy.
