During the Summer of 2022 I tore My Miniscus Ligament in My right knee wnile carrying out an furniture removal Job. I consulted a Physiotherapist who informed Me that recovering would take up to 3 to 4 months due to My age(I am 70) and was given specific excercises to aid My recovery, I was also told that if the rehabilitation excercises did not resolve the injury I might require Surgery.

However a friend recommended the use of the Arc4Health Device which He had used following a similar Knee Injury and had speeded up his recovery.

I purchased the Device and followed the instructions while carrying out the Physio. My Injury resolved within 6 Weeks to the amazement of the Physiotherapist.

In addition to this amazing recovery I had an stiffness issue with My Shoulder which I had for about a year and this dissapeared within about 2 weeks and has not returned.

My Eldest Son who is a GP suggested that the Placaebo effect may be in play but I pointed out that there is an Equinne version of the device which is effective and that Horses would not be aware of the Placaebo effect to which He then agreed.

This device works for Me and occasionally I use it for a week just to make sure the stiff shoulder does not return.
