I contracted covid in March 2022 and then developed long covid. The main symptom for me was crushing fatigue and post exertional malaise, along the lines of M.E. I had been unable to work a full time desk based job for the previous 7 months and was unable to undertake any physical activity. I saw an article on the Arc4Health device in the newspaper and it was recommended by a doctor who specialises in long covid. The theory is that the device boosts ATP (in simple terms energy for your body). This resonated with me as one of the theories behind long covid is that the virus lingers in parts of your body and effectively steals ATP. Once I started using the device my condition improved significantly. I was back to work and within a couple of months I was able to do some gym work.
