After having covid in 2020, I developed long covid with a long list of random symptoms that would come and go in severity. The first months were hellish and then as time went on I was tired a lot of the time, had little stamina after being fairly house bound for years and would be struck by random symptoms at random times. My consultant recommended the Arc4Health so I got mine at the very end of 2022. In January 2023 I had to undertake my first work trip, something I used to do a great deal of in the past. By the time I went on the trip I had been using the Arc for 10 days. I spent a week away working without a problem and I put much of that down to the device. Things just felt a bit calmer. It was definitely one important element that helped my recovery. This all feels like a lifetime ago now, but I have used the Arc4Health every day since.
