I bought the ARC Equine for my horse but I have used it myself. I went to Argentina about 18 months ago & the day after I arrived in Buenos Aires I got plantar fasciitis, probably from walking too much on pavements in very thin soled sandals. I was in absolute agony, was holding onto the walls & the bed to move around in my hotel room, going in to a restaurant or supermarket was horrendous. As soon as I got home I used the ARC & within about ten days the pain had gone! It was quite amazing as apparently plantar fasciitis usually takes many months to improve, and it hasn’t returned either and this was over a year ago. My horse still uses it from time to time too.
