Since using the ARC my left knee is especially more mobile now and my frozen left shoulder is less painful. My knee getsstiff and less mobile if I forget to use the ARC machine for a few days. Also, I am now able to lie down on my left side which I haven’t been able to do for years ! refused to have surgery for my shoulder due to possible further complications and the ARC device has saved me!
