I purchased arc4health after a private hormone specialist GP recommended it. The reason being I have always experienced slightly irregular menstrual cycles and have unfortunately been through multiple losses, 2 in the third trimester, so she recommended it forimproving fertility and pregnancy outcomes. I have run the 6 week initial program and my cycles seem to have balanced themselves! I now have less mood related symptoms, better periods and they are more regular.
