Although Romy failed to become sound and although I did have to make the unfortunate decision to have her PTS as her injury was getting worse rather than better – primarily because she kept lying down and standing up I do know that the ArcEquine unit made her far more comfortable while she was on box rest than she would have been without using it.

She used to suffer from filled legs when she was even kept in over night and this didn’t happen even during 4 months box rest while using the ArcEquine. Being a TB mare she was prone to being quite fizzy when in for long periods and could become quite bargy – however, she remained quite calm and relaxed even for vet examinations, which she had grown tired off.

I do regularly suggest the ArcEquine unit when people are looking for things that may help their horses as I do believe the unit works.
