I have found my Arc invaluable for my horse after a field accident six years ago. He damaged his hind suspensory and sacroiliacs, and had very good veterinary treatment, but his rehabilitation was very slow. He further damaged one hind suspensory just over three years ago, when he received further very good veterinary treatment, which is when I discovered Arc Equine treatment upon reading an article in a horse magazine. Having bought the Arc and following the instructions, his rehabilitation time time was reduced by approximately two thirds. I now use the Arc for a week, once every month for a top up, or for any little issues he might have.
