I purchased this product for both myself and my horses. I am always a bit sceptical of certain products that have some big claims and successes, so I tried it on myself first. I wanted to see if my ankles that have a lot of damage (and I am also hypermobile) felt different after use. After following the protocol after twisting my ankle, after several uses I was pretty impressed that the pain was improving quickly. My physio also noticed a difference. I was really pleased with the results, so I now use it on my horses as I think it is an invaluable tool for recovering and maintaining sports horses.
