In June 2022 my tb mare had her hind superficial digital flexor tendon severed by another horse . She was I leahurst hospital for 5 weeks wearing a cast and total box rest. Prognosis on removal of cast wasn’t wonderful. I purchased an arc equine machine and started to use it constantly. We followed the extremely difficult rehab programme. In November 2022 she was rideable and we started to very slowly bring her back into work. The vet was amazed how well she had recovered and hiw the healing had progressed. In November 2023 she was reserve champion at nw champs. We have now started to jump her and we believe the arc equine definitely helped her in her road to recovery. Unfortunately at this moment in time I can’t find the scan photos.
