Rita has been lame on and off for about 4 years after a fall in the field.  In 2018 things got really difficult for Rita she was lame on all four feet, after many x-rays which showed nothing wrong with the bones but extremely thin soles, with vets & physios saying this could be neurological – my gut told me this was not neurological.

I contacted Rob Jackson the Horseback Vet who explained that she was locked up in her rib cage. Rob freed her up and there was a small improvement, as Rob is difficult to get, I contacted my own Osteopath, Abby Oliver, who has trained to do horses and asked her to come and have a look. We came up with a plan, she would be done weekly for 1 month, then twice weekly the following month. In conjunction with this the farrier Steve White fit pads and bar shoes on her front feet.

At the end of the back treatments Abby suggested I try the ArcEquine. After just a couple of weeks the improvement was remarkable, after the full six week cycle she was sound. All I wanted was for this wonderful mare to be paddock sound. I made the decision to continue using the Arc on a weekly basis on the level 2 setting, and literally just this last week she has started lite ridden work – so much more than I ever expected!

I now use the Arc on all of my horses they seem calmer and happier – happy horses makes a happy owner!  I would recommend the Arc to everyone.
