My horse had PSD in both hinds and sacroiliac pain, as well as mild kissing spine (T12-L2). I was told that he was likely to improve but not come completely sound.

Treatments used were steroid injections (PSD and sacroiliac), 3x shockwave treatments, and pen rest. No time given for recovery. For the kissing spines, we were told to manage with saddle fit and physio.

ArcEquine was used for 4 weeks intensively starting after the last shockwave, and then followed the programme recommended in the user manual. Rehabbed as per manual instructions. He has had regular visits from the physio, who has seen improvement in the kissing spine.

He is now sound and hacking out for 40 -50 min. This includes trot and canter!! Just started back in the school. I would recommend ArcEquine without a doubt, and have already recommended it to friends.
