Gift Voucher/ E-Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
Redemption
· E-gift vouchers will be emailed to you within two business days of purchase, gift vouchers will be dispatched within two business days of purchase and sent via next working day delivery. · E-gift vouchers and gift vouchers can be redeemed online at www.arcmicrotech.com.
· The balance of e-gift vouchers and gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for any other discount, product or offer.
· E-gift vouchers and gift vouchers cannot be redeemed alongside Interest Free Credit or other payment plan options.
· They may be used to purchase goods of a higher price than the amount on the voucher, on payment of the difference.
· E-gift vouchers and gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or to buy another e-gift voucher, gift voucher, or to pay interest-free credit instalments.
· A maximum of ten e-gift vouchers or gift vouchers (or a combination of) can be redeemed in any one transaction online.
· If any item purchased with a e-gift voucher or gift voucher is subsequently exchanged for an item of a lower price or refunded, any money owing will be returned as a new e-gift voucher.
· The balance on the e-gift voucher or gift voucher must be redeemed as a whole and remaining balance will not be carried over to another transaction. If the value of the e-gift voucher or gift voucher is not redeemed as a whole, the balance will be cancelled – no change will be given.
Period of validity
· E-gift vouchers and gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
· Any remaining balance will be cancelled on expiry of the validity period.

· E-gift vouchers and gift vouchers should be treated as cash; they are not cheque guarantee, credit or charge vouchers. ARC Microtech LTD will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers.
Cancellation
· E-gift vouchers and gift vouchers cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your statutory rights, for example in the event they are not of satisfactory quality.
· Under the Regulations, (as outlined above), if you are contracting with us as a consumer online or by phone, you have the right to cancel all or part of your order for either a gift voucher or an e-gift voucher at any time up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you place your order, provided none of the balance has been spent. Further details are set out above. Please note that if you cancel a gift voucher you will not be required to return the physical gift voucher to ARC Microtech LTD
Changes to the E-Gift Voucher and Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
· ARC Microtech LTD reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of e-gift vouchers and gift vouchers at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the voucher, if, in its discretion, it deems such action necessary. This does not affect your statutory rights.
