I’d been suffering from Bursitis for about 6 weeks, which was very painful. I’d been to my GP, a Physio and an Osteopath, and took various painkillers, but nothing really improved. The pain was still intense. I was introduced to the Arc by Sara Fitzharris. As a yoga teacher, I was keen to get my knee working properly again. I bought the Arc, and after about 3 weeks I began to see a real improvement. Naively, I put my knee on to the floor for a short pose, only to find that the bursitis came back strongly within 24 hours. My knee was incredibly painful. I spoke to Sara, who suggested I went back to Programme 1, which I did. I also used the Arc for 9 hours a day.<\/p>\n
The result was incredible! Within a week I could bend the knee (though not put it on the ground) and return to my daily yoga practice. I’ve now completed the full 6-week cycle. The knee is virtually recovered. An extra bonus is that at the same time I had a longstanding tooth problem which had inflamed the gum. I was looking at root canal treatment. Amazingly, the gum inflammation has almost disappeared too whilst using the Arc.
