I found a relief from the migraines very quickly &#8211; and they occurred much less frequently and severely. As the migraines are due partly to stress, I am also practising PTSD strategies but a difference was still found with the Arc use.<\/p>\n<p>Once I got the hang of it I found it easy to wear during the evenings.<\/p>\n<p>I have also found an improvement in my interstitial cystitis which I&#8217;ve had for years.<\/p>\n<p>I have also found it easier to process nightmares as a result of the PTSD.<\/p>\n<p>Having had a loan Arc, with much support via email from Arc admin, I am now buying a unit to keep.<\/p>\n<p>Such a relief to find relief after many years of suffering.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I was advised by my psychiatrist to try microcurrent therapy for chronic migraine after a head injury and PTSD.
