Being a very active 59 year old I need to help myself repair quicker and fully to be able to be 100%. I dusted off the ARC and started using it daily going thought the program week by week and I absolutely swear by using the ARC &#8211;\u00a0 not only has it helped me repair quicker it was help me cope with the pain I&#8217;m now 3 months down the line from my accident and I\u2019m back doing my daily duties at home and the yard.
