My taste senses now change on a daily\/hourly basis but at least I have some compared to absolutely nothing prior to Arc4Health. I use it every day as I&#8217;ve also got pain relief from degenerative disc disease, which I didn&#8217;t realise until I stopped using it for a week. My husband also uses it sporadically for lethargy, (he thinks also long covid) which puts him back on track.
