I&#8217;ve had chronic achilles tendinopathy in both legs on and off for 18 months. I&#8217;ve been using it for 9 weeks now. After 3 weeks the morning stiffness in both achilles was reduced. After week 6 my left achilles is almost pain free. Right achilles pain has reduced but has now plateaued but am able to run on it now. Used it daily for 6 weeks straight now use it 3 x week on my run days.
