After the first few days I could put my foot to the floor (long term plantar fasciitis) without being in agony. I still do get some pain with it but nothing like before.<\/p>\n<p>After a week I noticed that my knee that has not bent properly for well over 20 years, was not so painful if I was sitting with my legs bent up on the sofa. Now my knee bends fully and only aches occasionally. My partner who is a riding instructor noticed after 4 weeks use that my riding had changed (for the better!), asking when I had found my seat bones. I think I have been able to relax through my back more as the muscles have released.<\/p>\n<p>My irritant &#8220;allergic&#8221; reactions still occur, but they appear to be less severe and and more manageable with the medication I take.
