My sister bought my Arc as she was so thrilled with her own. I used it because of problems with my knees. I fractured one knee in a skiing accident a few years ago and the joint is now quite worn and cranky and “runner’s knee” had affected the other one such that I could only manage one jog a week. I am delighted to say that after a full course of arc treatment I am back to running (well plodding!) three times a week and this ski season was the most comfortable for my knee since the accident.<\/p>\n
My husband also used the arc to treat a niggly knee and he is now playing tennis again. At first it is a bit of a fiddle to remember every day and to find a spare 3 hours but I soon realised that I could wear it to the supermarket and that it just fit inside my Ugg boots! My husband found it easy to go to sleep with it on. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this product and I am sure we will both continue to use it as and when we have further issues.<\/p>\n
