My husband has psoriatic arthritis and was on methotrexate for several years but he stopped taking that due to the side effects but carried on taking anti-inflammatories and painkillers. He has been using the Arc for about 10 weeks, every day for 6 weeks and more recently lowered it to a few times a week.
