Totally in remission since 2009 and only medicated with corticosteroids 2008-9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Weeks began my first 6 week program mid December 2024 and by Christmas I had improved energy levels. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I had a flu virus over Christmas whilst still using the device and recovered more quickly than the other members of my family. By mid January I was noticing less Doms post exercise sessions and by February I could train (30mins &#8211; 1hr gym classes, HIIT sessions and advanced reformer Pilates) on back to back days. Something which I have always struggled with since recovering from muscle disease. I carried on using the device most days after the initial 6 weeks generally in program 2 or on 3 or 4 if I felt I needed help with tissue repair. At the end of March I started the 6 week program again and I am now on week 2 and appreciating the anti-inflammatory effects again. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since starting using ARC I have:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>more consistent energy levels <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>zero muscle and joint pain <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>far less gut bloating Improved brain fog <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>zero post exertional malaise <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">My soft tissue therapy colleague has commented on how much more compliant my tissues now are and they are much less congested and adhesive. Something which I have struggled with whilst rehabbing for 15 years!!! Nothing I have done has had the same results on my tissue pliability and recovery rate. Other members of my family use the device and I have recommended to colleagues, friends and patients.
