I\u2019ve been dealing with what I believe to be Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS), with a wide range of debilitating symptoms, many of which started after receiving the Pfizer vaccine. My condition left me struggling with daily life, and I was desperate to find something that could help bring balance back to my system. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since using the Arc4Health daily\u2014alternating between Programme 1 and 2\u2014and making some changes to my diet and supplements, I\u2019ve seen a huge improvement. It\u2019s hard to say exactly what made the biggest difference, but this combination has helped me get my life back. My nervous system feels more regulated, and symptoms I\u2019ve had for years have either significantly calmed down or completely disappeared. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here&#8217;s a reduced list of MCAS-related symptoms I&#8217;ve experienced since 2021, many of which are now vastly improved: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Flushing and feeling poorly when eating most foods <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bloodshot eyes <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Severe acid reflux <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hoarse voice and excessive belching <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bladder issues and sensitivities <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prostatitis <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Recurring pericarditis (one of my first major symptoms) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cognitive issues like dizziness, fatigue, and brain fog <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>One unexpected benefit: I\u2019ve gone through an entire winter without catching a single cold or flu, which is unheard of in our household with kids and a wife who\u2019s a teacher constantly bringing home bugs.
