Originally I bought my ark4health for my knee in 2015. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I’ve used it and had a long period of not using it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
In late 2024 I resumed using it again after a diagnosis of Fibromyalgia. I gradually worked my way through the programs, alternating program 2, for pain, with program 4, for tissue repair. It’s been hard to gauge its effectiveness on my Fibromyalgia, but I’ve skipped a week and I’ve been in a lot of pain today! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
What has surprised me the most is my dentist’s reaction! I’ve had Periodontitis for about 5 years. The dentist usually sees me every 6 months for a special ‘Peri’ clean. On my last appointment, a few weeks ago, he wanted to know what I’ve done differently. I told him about ark4health but because he hadn’t heard of it, or understood it, he concluded I must have started flossing more. He said my Periodontitis was in remission and my gums were healthy. He was so confident, he hasn’t booked me in for another year! The thing is, I’ve been flossing for the last 10+ years. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The only thing I’ve changed is using my ark4health \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n
