All the reviews were good so I didn\u2019t think I had anything to loose. An X-ray had shown mild age related arthritis and I was worried it would get worse. I used the arc4Health through the sequence as instructed in the manual but wasn\u2019t sure if it was a coincidence that I had less pain\/stiffness. I stopped using it as often and the pain\/stiffness came back so now I use it most days. I also use it if I have a migraine at seems to help the pain with those also.
