During the Summer of 2022 I tore My Miniscus Ligament in My right knee wnile carrying out an furniture removal Job. I consulted a Physiotherapist who informed Me that recovering would take up to 3 to 4 months due to My age(I am 70) and was given specific excercises to aid My recovery, I was also told that if the rehabilitation excercises did not resolve the injury I might require Surgery. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
However a friend recommended the use of the Arc4Health Device which He had used following a similar Knee Injury and had speeded up his recovery. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I purchased the Device and followed the instructions while carrying out the Physio. My Injury resolved within 6 Weeks to the amazement of the Physiotherapist. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

My Eldest Son who is a GP suggested that the Placaebo effect may be in play but I pointed out that there is an Equinne version of the device which is effective and that Horses would not be aware of the Placaebo effect to which He then agreed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
This device works for Me and occasionally I use it for a week just to make sure the stiff shoulder does not return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
