I went to Argentina about 18 months ago &amp; the day after I arrived in Buenos Aires I got plantar fasciitis, probably from walking too much on pavements in very thin soled sandals. I was in absolute agony, was holding onto the walls &amp; the bed to move around in my hotel room, going in to a restaurant or supermarket was horrendous. As soon as I got home I used the ARC &amp; within about ten days the pain had gone! It was quite amazing as apparently plantar fasciitis usually takes many months to improve, and it hasn&#8217;t returned either and this was over a year ago.
