I&#8217;ve been using it for 9 weeks now. After 3 weeks the morning stiffness in both achillies was reduced. After week 6 my left achillies is almost pain free. Right achillies pain has reduced but has now plateaued but am able to run on it now. Used it daily for 6 weeks straight now use it 3 x week on my run days.
